মাত্র কয়দিন আগে আমি সাউথ-ইস্ট ব্যাংক এ Probationary Officer পদে ভাইভা দিতে গিয়েছিলাম। ভাইভা যার পর নাই খারাপ হয়েছিলো। কারন হল আমি ইন্টার্ভিউ বোর্ডএ খুব নার্ভাস ছিলাম। অনেক সোজা কিছু প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে পারি নাই।

এর একটা কারন হোল,
১. কি ধরনের প্রশ্ন করতে পারে সেটা সম্পর্কে সঠিক ধারনা না থাকা।
২. English Speaking এ দুর্বলতা

তবে যদি ইন্টার্ভিউ বোর্ডে করা প্রশ্ন গুলো সম্পর্কে আগে থেকে ধারনা থাকে তবে English Speaking এ দুর্বলতা থাক্লেও কিছুটা গুছিয়ে বলা যায়। অন্তত আমি হলে পারতাম।
