you may have seen the "the BoBs" banner on somewhere in... blog for a couple of months now, but have you nominated your favourite bangla blogs? the BoBs is the world´s largest international weblog award event organised by germany´s international public broadcaster, Deutsche Welle .  the BOBs award has been organised yearly since 2004, and this time bangla has been included as the 11th language .  spread the word about this contest around the world to everyone who blog or read blogs in bangla.  for nominations you should turn every stone in the bangla blogosphere independent of community, platform or hosting. we could only do justice to the best bangla bloggers of the vast and diverse blogosphere if you all help in the online nomination process which is open until 14th february 2010.  bangla is the only south asian language represented and it is a fantastic opportunity to display the most talented of our bloggers to the world.

get to know the different award categories  for nomination. there are several topic/style categories where you can nominate as well as the regular bangla blog category. the blogs you nominate could be the best because of their fantastic writing, amazing creativity, excellent design or use of multimedia elements, or for their great user friendliness.  the blog award has its own faq page , a road map and a list of all submissions .
