ইদানিং কিছু চাকরির নিয়োগের সার্কুলারে ওনলি ফিমেল/মেল উল্লেখ থাকে। আমি জানি যে সব চাকরি সবার জন্য না কিন্তু যখন দেখি নরমাল কমন কিছু পোস্ট যেমন: এক্সিকিউটিভ/একাউন্টস অফিসার এধরনের পোস্টের জন্য মেল,ফিমেল উল্লেখ করে দেয়,মেজাজ ঠিক থাকেনা।
অফিসিয়াল জবের জন্য জেন্ডার পার্থক্য কেনো করা হবে? আবার বসের পিএস হতে হবে মহিলা। স্বনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলোতে যদি এধরনের মানসিকতা থাকে তাহলে চাকরির দুনিয়ায় মেয়েরা কবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে পারবে? যোগ্যতা বিবেচনা করাটাই তো তাদের প্রধান বিষয় হওয়া উচিত। আপনাদের কি মনে হয়?
