মুসলিমদের মধ্যে অনেকেই ভাবেন যে, তারা ইসলাম প্রচারে নিবেদিতপ্রাণ। তারা নিজেদেরকে এতটাই পরহেজগার ভাবেন যে আরেক ভাইকে গালি দেবার সময় মনেই থাকেনা- তারা শান্তি ও সহনশীল ইসলাম প্রচারের মত গুরুত্ববহ কাজে হাত দিয়েছেন। তারা বুঝতে ও ভাবতে চান না যে তারা নিজেরাইে আল্লাহর বাণী কোরআনকে ছেড়ে অন্ধ অনুকরণে ব্যস্ত হয়ে পড়েছেন। হাদিছের নামে কোরআন বিরুদ্ধ কত কাহীনিই যে রচিত হয়েছে, তা বুঝতে হলে সবার আগে কোরআনের বাণী অনুধাবন করা চাই। আমি কিন্তু হাদিছ অস্বীকার করার কথা বলছি না। আমি বিশ্বাস করি- যে সব হাদিছ প্রবিত্র কোরআনের স্বচ্ছ ও সার্বজনীন ভাবমূর্তিকে প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ করে, অন্ধের মত সেগুলো অনুকরণে ফায়দা তো নেই, বরং তা কখনই সুফল বয়ে আনতে পারেনা। মহান আল্লাহ আমাদের বুদ্ধি ও বিবেক দিয়েছে। আর মহান স্রষ্টার দান করা সেই সম্পদকে কাজে লাগাতে হবে। অন্যের উপরে নির্ভরশীল হয়ে অন্ধ অনুকরণ নয়। বরং আসুন! আল-কোরআনের সাথে সাংঘর্ষিক ও প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ হাদিছ চিনে নেয়ার চেষ্টা করি এবং সেই অনুযায়ী আমল ও চেষ্টা-সাধনা করি।

এক নিবেদিতপ্রাণ ভাইকে বলেছিলাম- অন্যকে হাদিছ অস্বীকাররকারী, মুনাফিক, কাফির, আহলে কুরানি বলে গালি দেবার আগে, পাগলে কিনা কয় আর ছাগলে কিনা খায় টাইপ হাসান হাদিছের ব্যাপারেও কিছু কইয়েন-
It was narrated that 'Aishah said:
“The Verse of stoning and of breastfeeding an adult ten times was revealed, and the paper was with me under my pillow. When the Messenger of Allah died, we were preoccupied with his death, and a tame sheep came in and ate it.” (Hasan)[English reference: Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1944. Arabic reference: Book 9, Hadith 2020]

বাংলা অনুবাদও দিয়ে দিলাম-
আয়শা সূত্রে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন: রজম (পাথর মেরে হত্যা) সম্পর্কিত আয়াত এবং প্রিাপ্তবয়স্ক লোকের দশ ঢোক বুকের দুধ পান করার বর্ণনা একটি সহিফায় (লিখিতভাবে) আমার বালিশের নিচে রক্ষিত ছিল। যখন রাছুলুল্লাহ (সাঃ) ইন্তেকাল করেন এবং আমরা তার ইন্তেকালে ব্যতিব্যস্ত হয়ে পরলাম, তখন একটি ছাগল এসে তা খেয়ে ফেলে। [হাদিছ সূত্র: ইবনে মাজাহ: ইংরেজি ৩য় খণ্ড, বই- ৯, হাদিছ নং-১৯৪৪ এবং আরবি বই নং- ৯, হাদিছ নং- ২০২০]

এই হাদিছ সম্পর্কে একান্তই আমার দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি-
যেহেতু আল কোরআনের বিধান নাযিল হওয়ার ছিলছিলা জারি ছিল এবং ইহুদি ধর্মগ্রন্থ তাওরাতে রজমের বিধান ছিল। তাই তখনও সেই বিধান অনুসারে শাস্তি প্রদান অব্যহত রাখা হয়েছিল। হয়ত তাওরাতের বিধান অনুসারে কোন এক সময়কার রজমের শাস্তি প্রদানের বর্ণনাটি এবং সাথে বুড়াদেরকে স্তন্যদুগ্ধের প্রতি আসক্তি থেকে নিবৃত করার জন্য কিছু উপদেশ মূলক কথা হয়ত কোন গাছের বা কাগজের পাতায় লিখে রাখা হয়ে থাকতে পারে। কাজেই সেই গাছের পাতা সমেত বর্ণনাটি ছাগলে খেয়ে ফেলাটা মটেই অস্বাভাবিক নয়। সে কথাইই হয়ত আয়শা (রাঃ) কথাপ্রসঙ্গে কখনো বলেছিলেন। কিন্তু তাই বলে সেই বর্ণনাটি কোরআনের আয়াত হতে যাবে কেন? রাসূল (সাঃ) এর ওফাতের আগ মূহুর্ত পর্যন্ত আল-কোরআনের অংশ হিসেবে রজমের শাস্তির আয়াত মহান স্রষ্টা নাযিল করেন নাই। তাই খোদ রাসূলের আমলে এবং তাঁর পরেও কখোনই তা কোরআনের অংশ হিসেবে সংকলিত করা হয় নাই।

আল-কোরআনের বিধান মতে তো (২:২৩৩) স্পষ্টভাবে কোন শিশুকে ২ বছর পর্যন্ত মায়ের দুধ খাওয়ানোর কথা বলা হয়েছে। আর না খাওয়াতে চাইলে কি করতে হবে সেই পরামর্শও দিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে।

কাজেই অহেতুক ২ বছরের উপরে কোন শিশুকে তো নয়ই, আর প্রাপ্তবয়স্ত ও বুড়াদের ক্ষেত্রে তো জেনে শুনে এক ঢোকও বুকের দুধ পান করার বা করানোর প্রশ্নই আসে না। শখের বশে বা ইচ্ছে হলেই এ ধরনের খাওয়া দাওয়া সোজাসুজি হারাম। তবে ভুল বশত হঠাৎ মুখে চলে গেলে বা জোর করে কউ গিলিয়ে দিলে অন্য কথা। তারপরও তওবা করে নিতে হবে। এটা বোঝার জন্য ছাগলে খাওয়া বা পাগলে কওয়া কোন বর্ণনার প্রয়োজন আছে কি?

আমার জবাব- আপনার জন্য যা যথেষ্ট, তা সবার ক্ষেত্রে নাও হতে পারে। আমার মত মুসলিমের কিন্তু আল্লাহতালার প্রেরিত গ্রন্থ আল-কোরআন এবং যে হাদিছগুলো আল-কোরআনের সাথে বিন্দুমাত্র সাংঘর্ষিক নয় সেসবে বিশ্বাস করা ও মেনে চলাই যথেষ্ট।

Who said it was not abrogated during the Prophet's (saaw) life? That Aisha (ra) had it written on some paper does not prove it was not abrogated as has been explained in this article.

This is as per the general opinion that the "verse" was first revealed as part of the Qur'an and then abrogated. I believed it was never meant to be a part of the Qur'an in the first place. See this- Click This Link

Al-Quran is a code of life & a divine book of explanation in detail, specially for the rules of life.

//The institution of Stoning (Rajm): Regardless of the issue at hand the ruling of stoning is indeed valid. It is proved through Mutawatar Ahadith reported by around 52 companions (see Takmala Fath al-Mulhim vol.2 p.362 for all the references). The Mutawatar Ahadith decide the scope of the Qur'anic verse in Surah Nur about lashing and limit it to unmarried people. Just like Qur'an gives the general ruling that anyone who steals, man or woman, his/her hand should be amputated. The ruling is general and literally applies to a something worth a single cent even. But Mutawatir Ahadith limit it to above a certain amount.//

My points-
I am really astonished to know from you that there is any other part of the Quran (as you mentioned the example of Mutawatar Ahadith from 52 companions), other than the Allah’s book Al-Quran!

You have given the example of punishment of theft. In Allah’s book the punishment for theft is to cut the hands. So, when & how this punishment should be executed, you can follow the hadiths about cutting the hands justly. But you have no right to punish for theft by death sentence by the name of so called Mutawatar Ahadith, even it can be explained by 100/1000/all the companions or even the Prophet (pbuh) himself.

These types of hadiths which overrule the ruling of Al-Quran might be 100% false, because It is not fit for them (Prophet/ companions) to give any verdict for killing a human-being by overlooking or exaggerating the rules of Al-Quran.

Thus you can punish for adultery, man or woman, flogging each of them 100 times justly according to Hadiths. But you have no right to cut the hands of adulterer by applying the verdict of so called Mutawatar Ahadith.

Allah says in the Quran:
(06:114) [Say], "Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?" And those to whom We [previously] gave the Scripture know that it is sent down from your Lord in truth, so never be among the doubters.
(06:115) And the word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can alter His words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
(30:32) who have divided themselves into various religious sects, each one happy with their own belief.
(03:103) And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.
(03:105) And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And those will have a great punishment.
(50:29) The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants."

My points-
Al-Quran is a divine guideline for the human-being & a book of explanation in detail, especially for the ruling of life. There is no chance of adding in or removing from Allah’s book as extra part of word by the name of Mutawatar Ahadith.

So, there is no doubt that killing any human-being for adultery is a double standard hypocritical policy by the name of Allah’s book, while the verse of stoning to death for adultery does not clearly exist at all in Al-Quran.

আমার জবাব- প্রথমেই বলে রাখি- যারা ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত তাদের প্রতি আমার বিন্দুমাত্র প্রীতি নেই। বরং আল্লাহর কিতাবে স্পষ্টভাবে তাদের জন্য যে শাস্তি লিখে রাখা হয়েছে- টু-দি-পয়েন্ট গুনে গুনে সেই শাস্তি প্রদান করতে গিয়ে আমার হাত ‍কিংবা বুক বিন্দু মাত্র কাঁপবে না এবং এ ব্যাপারে আমাকে কঠোরই পাবেন।

ভাই, কোরআনের একটি আয়ত নয়, একটা আস্ত কোরআনও যদি ছাগলে কিংবা গাধায় খেয়ে ফেলে তাতে তো অসুবিধা নেই।

আপনি ঠিক বলেছেন- যে কোরান প্রথম দিন থেকেই মুখস্থ হত, তারপর লিখা হত, তারপর অনেকের সংরক্ষণে থাকত, সেই কোরআনই এখনও বুকে, মুখে ও লেখাতেও আছে এবং সবার সামনে স্পষ্টভাবে সেভাবেই সংকলিতরূপে সংরক্ষণে থাকবে।

"Had it not been that people would say Umar has made an addition to the Book of Allah, I would have written it on the margin of the Quran."(Musnad Ahmad Hadith 151. Ahmad Shakir classified it as Sahih)
And according to the wording in Sunan Nasai Al-Kubra Hadith 7151 , he said 'I would have written and appended it to the Quran.'

Now idea of writing at the margin of the Quran or adding as an appendix clearly shows that he only meant to add it as side note or commentary to the Quran to tell the future generations explicitly about the punishment of stoning whom he feared rejecting this commandment and going astray.

আমার জবাব- কেন ভাই, মানুষ হত্যার মত শাস্তির কথা শুধু মারজিনে কেন লখেতে হবে? আল্লাহতায়ালা খুটিনাটি অনেক কিছুই তো কোরআনের ভিতরেই খোলাখুলি লিখে রাখার ব্যবস্থা করেছেন। শুধু এই প্রাণ হরণকারী শাস্তির কথা সরাসরি বলতে কি তিনি কাউকে ভয় বা লজ্জা পেতেন- নাউযুবিল্লাহ।

তিনি বলেছেন- //রজম সম্পর্কিত শাস্তির মানসূখ আয়াতটি হচ্ছে এই: الشيخ والشيخة إذا زنيا فارجموهما نكالاً من الله والله عزيز حكيم ‘যদি বিবাহিত পুরুষ এবং নারী যিনা করে তবে তাদের উভয়কে আল্লাহর তরফ থেকে রজমের শাস্তি দাও, আল্লাহ হচ্ছেন পরাক্রমশালী হেকমতওয়ালা’
আল্লাহ এই কঠোর শাস্তি সম্বলিত নির্দেশ-বাক্যটি দৈনন্দিন তিলায়াত থেকে রহিত করেছেন।//

আমার জবাব- এটা আবার করুণার কিরূপ ধরন হলো? বুক পযন্ত পুঁতে পাথর মেরে মেরে মানুষ হত্যার মত শাস্তির বাণী লিখে রাখার ব্যবস্থা না কোরে, প্রত্যহ তেলাওয়াতের মাধ্যমে মানুষকে স্মরন করানোর ও জানানোর ব্যবস্থা না কোরেই চুপিসারে ও মুখে মুখে খুশিমত বাস্তবয়ন করা বা না করার এখতিয়ার তাঁর মত পরমকরুনাময় কি দিতে পারেন!!??

শেনা কথার উপরে ভর কোরে আর কতদিন চলবে? অন্তরচক্ষু খোলা রেখে মিথ্যা ও সত্যকে চিনতে শিখুন। মহান ব্যক্তিদের নামে রচিত এসব জাল হাদিছের উছিলা দেখিয়ে মহান স্রষ্টা সম্পকে এ ধরনের মান হানিকর মনগড়া বক্তব্য দেয়ার আগে পরকালে সেই মহান সত্বার সামনে হাজির হবার কথা স্মরণ করা উচিত।
