Been so long since the last shower in sunshine
Since the last light met my eyes
Since the last crisp of golden ray crossed straight through the heart
And lightening up my ever grim core
It’s been thousand and twenty two years
I’m lying in my coffin made of oak
Hands across on frozen chest
Here I rest in silence too loud
Is there life flowing outside my castle?
Do children play and laugh on the other side of wall?
Do birds sing sweet summer songs?
Does rainbow smile time to time?
I wonder like a fool
I wait like a zombie
Alone in dark
In my coffin of oak
Where hope runs in despair.
