thanks for all your comments on my first post. i am here to share with you, and before anything else, i want to share our team with you.

you all know hasin, who is the guy who has made bangla blogging possible. he should have the greatest credit for making possible all the beautiful stuff that has happened on badh bhangar aawaj. hasin is the tech lead and the best man we could have with us for the road ahead.

since mid january, we have established a php team that works with him on the blog, these are:

morshed - a very devoted and skilled php programmer that has spent looong days and evenings to build the new blog service, trust me, he knows there is a long way to go before we are there yet.

lavlu - a young linux master and php programmer. coming up with very smart solutions and good ownership to the blog tool he is working on. for the guys waiting for an open source solution, whatever we can give, lavlu will be a man to rely on we hope.

yeameen - a deeply skilled php and java programmer, still studying so only part time, but is a man that can hopefully bring us more interactive features, me hoping for some cool mobile solutions.

we have also a communication team to ensure that we reach out and you reach in:

rashid - head of our communication team and chief designer. you should know rashid from our emoticons, the cool blog banners and the new design. we couldn't have found a better man for concepts. the new blog colours are definitely inspired by the new year carnival, and you can look forward to several new sets of templates and clean looks once we get time to implement.

ryan - our master in web design and graphical design. ryan is working on several projects of ours, but he is doing hard research on fonts, interfaces and information pages. wish we could devote him full time to blog, but he is doing as much as time allows. ryan will also work much with integration of the blog with new services to come.

rezwan – perhaps the most famous english blogger of bangladesh, now our blog consultant and support from berlin. sometimes we are too busy working inside our walls not being able to utilize rezwan to the full, but with the new blog platform getting into place, rezwan can finally get a chance to release his great energy in networking and communication.

jana - she will be setting up a far better customer service for the blog community and ensuring that all feedback is read, acted upon and replied to. not full time, but building up. for any problems you have, try to contact jana, she has taken this responsibility to serve you.

myself - though i am not good in bangla, i want to use this space for my communication to you.

hope you see that we do have a strong team to work for and with you. some of our time we spend following the blog, much we spend to improve your experience. we have passed a tough week in terms of problems with using the new blog version, but things have improved and i think you are happy to know that this whole team is here to further work on the blog in the weeks and months to come.
